If you are not completely satisfied with your fit, our streamlined process makes returns and exchanges simple and efficient.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label directly from the portal; a flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Package Your Suit
Place the unworn swimwear with all original packaging and tags into the shipping box and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
